England will hone their preparations for this year’s Rugby League World Cup with a rematch against the Exiles at Warrington on Friday June 14 and fans are being given the opportunity to catch the action at a specially discounted price.

Until Tuesday March 12, all adult £20 tickets for one of the most intensely contested fixtures of 2013 at The Halliwell Jones Stadium can be purchased with a £5 discount.

The match is England’s only confirmed fixture of the year before they face Australia in the opening match of RLWC2013 at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, on Saturday October 26 and the stakes will be high for every player.

The Exiles are drawn from the best southern hemispheres stars of Super League and are guaranteed to provide an intense test for England, who shared the spoils in the 2012 International Origin Series.

“We want the best preparation in a World Cup year and the Exiles provide us with just that,” said England coach Steve McNamara.

“The World Cup will provide every player with the ultimate test and the International Origin Game is an important stepping stone for us as we look to achieve our ambitions in 2013.

“Every English player in Super League wants to be involved in this fixture and I’m sure it’s going to be a cracking atmosphere on the night.”
