Four players have been charged with committing disciplinary offences during the Kingstone Press Championship One fixture, Hunslet Hawks v Hemel Stags played on Sunday June 15.

Hunslet Hawks player Jamaine Akaidere has been charged with the Grade E offence of sustained and violent punching in the 75th minute.

Aaron Small of Hemel Stags has been charged with the Grade D offence of violent punching in the same incident.

Jimmy Watson of Hunslet Hawks and Romaine Navarrete of Hemel Stags have both been charged with Grade B punching in the 75th minute.

Watson and Navarrete have until 11.00am on Tuesday to submit Early Guilty Pleas. Akaidere and Small do not have the option of submitting Early Guilty Pleas and will appear before an independent disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday evening.

Two players have each been fined £500 for making obscene or offensive gestures to supporters during recent Super League fixtures.

The fines, which are suspended until the end of the 2015 season, have been handed down to Josh Hodgson of Hull Kingston Rovers following an incident in a match against Hull FC on May 17 and Richard Moore of Wakefield Trinity Wildcats from an incident in a match at Bradford Bulls on June 1.

Both players were found to be in breach of Operational Rule D1.8 (c) (Improper Conduct) by engaging in conduct which is prejudicial to the interests of the game or which is improper conduct; and the RFL Respect Policy which precludes players from engaging in disrespectful conduct of any sort including swearing, obscene gestures, offensive remarks, taunting or other actions that are demeaning to other players, officials or supporters.
